Supervision

Supervision is an opportunity for ‘supervisees’ to grow and develop into being their best and truest selves in their ministry/role. It also provides a confidential space and relational refuge for ongoing formation, reflection, unequivocal self-examination, authenticity and accountability.
The process includes self-reflection:
What you did
Why you did it
What went well
What you have learned about yourself and about your role and responsibilities.
What will you do differently next time
The initial 30 minute complimentary session is a chance to connect and to explore your expectations, understanding and any previous experience of supervision.
Monthly supervision sessions are generally one hour in length and are $100. Sessions are available in person or on Zoom/Skype. A no-show fee will be applied unless notice is given 24 hours prior, except in the case of emergency.
