Optional preliminary questionnaire

This questionnaire will help give me insight to where you’re at in your personal journey and your understanding, experience and expectations of spiritual direction. I’ll learn about your hopes for the process, how you connect with the Divine/what is sacred and what steps I can help you take to follow your calling.
